OUR FIRST HOME: SOLD!

we put our condo on the market late february
& within one week we accepted an offer. i'll be honest, we expected a quick turnaround. we were blessed with strong offers, but one that just stood out & we felt the couple would fit in perfectly with our soon-to-be old community. the power of a personalized letter. i would recommend this to any one purchasing a home. we did the same. & guess what? our offer on a house was accepted two days after we accepted the offer on our condo. it was a crazy 48 hours! God is so good. more on that side of the story later :)
